Vac One Services (“Vac One”) announced today that it has acquired Cyclone Services, LLC (“Cyclone”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in Weatherford, Texas, and with a field operations office in Jal, New Mexico, Cyclone provides hydro excavation services to the commercial construction and oil/gas industries throughout north Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
